Speaking of soba, this is Nihachi soba made with "Kurofuji" buckwheat flour from Nagano Prefecture.The flour used here is sweeter and more fragrant than regular soba noodles, and the noodles have just the right amount of chewiness and go down smoothly, making this a special dish that you will definitely want to try. The soba noodles are freshly made and boiled by the owner, who used to run a soba restaurant.

If you want to have a lively drinking party or banquet with everyone, please use the tatami room. We also offer banquet courses for groups of 10 or more! Enjoy a special time together over drinks.
